- Components from 0402 to QFP304 and 50mm2 BGA
- up to 17,000 placements an hour.
- Forced convection reflow
Through hole capabilities
- Wave soldering board size up to 350mm wide
- Manual insertion
Rework capabilities
Hot air re-work facilities capable of QFP and BGA devices.
Regulatory compliance
Our general process is lead free and RoHS compliant. We endeavour to provide our clients with as much guidance in this area as possible.
we can also provide for customers with special requirements for a RoHS exempt leaded process.
Quotation request
If you would like us to quote for manufacture please send a bill of materials and component identification. to Simtec Manufacturing. Please include details of which components you would like "free issue" (if any) and any specific target pricing. We can accept BOM in CSV format (other formats possible by prior agreement).
