Bronze level support consists of a selection of "self help" services:
- A resource web page for each product which contains:
- Documentation for both hardware and software as appropriate.
- Downloadable firmware, drivers and software updates.
- Links to any appropriate further documentation.
- Access to forums.
- Access to mailing lists.
- Bronze level support incidents are handled in a similar manner to a silver or gold incidents but there is no level of service guarantee.
A customer who requires a response in a timely manner or with more service level guarantees should consider purchasing Silver or Gold level support.
