How to Order
This page describes how to place an order for a product and explains how to calculate costs.
Product Costs
All prices quoted are in British Pounds and exclude VAT and carriage.
The amount of carriage charged depends on the destination and the weight of the goods. Unless requested, shipments will be made using the lowest cost option. The following table indicates likely costs to some locations but please check to confirm the actual costs.

Value Added Tax
There are different rules for UK VAT that depend on where you are in the world:
- UK sales - VAT is added (at the current rate of 15%) on all sales.
- EU sales (outside the UK) - if you are registered for VAT and supply a VAT registration number, then no VAT is charged. Otherwise, VAT is charged (at the current rate of 15%).
- Outside the EU - no VAT is charged.

- Product code and description.
- Quantity of products.
- Preferred shipping method.
- Payment method.
We can accept payment using cheque (sterling) or bank transfer. If you wish to pay by transfer, we will issue a pro-forma invoice and bank details, upon receipt of your order.
