From the south - leave the M6 at junction 27, follow the A5209 west to Burscough and follow the A59 north to Tarleton.
From the north - leave the M6 at junction 29 and follow signs for Southport, travelling around Leyland on the A582 and B5253 before heading west on the B5248 towards the A59.
From the east - leave the M61 at junction 8 and follow the signs for Southport on the A581, heading west towards the A59.
